Delete your data

To delete your DillPlays account and data

1. Email dillplaystennis@gmail.com from the address on your account, with the subject Delete my data.
2. We reply to confirm we received it.
3. Within 30 days we delete your account, your sign-in, your contact details and your order history, and email you when it is done.

The only thing we keep is the record of any payments you made, where the law requires us to keep it for tax or accounting. It is not used for anything else.

If you still have rackets with us, we will arrange to return them before deleting your account.

If you signed in with Facebook, Google or Apple

Deleting your DillPlays data does not remove DillPlays from that service. To do that too:

• Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites → DillPlays → Remove.
• Google: myaccount.google.com → Security → Your connections to third-party apps & services → DillPlays → Delete all connections.
• Apple: Settings → your name → Sign in with Apple → DillPlays → Stop using Apple ID.
