DillPlays is a racket stringing service. This page explains what we collect when you use dillplays.com, why, who else sees it, and how to have it deleted.
What we collect
- Account details: your name, email address and, if you add one, your mobile number.
- If you sign in with Google, Apple or Facebook: the name and email address that service shares with us. We do not receive your password or your contacts, and we do not post anything on your behalf.
- Orders: the rackets you drop off, the string and tension you choose, any notes you add, and pickup or drop-off details.
- Payments: handled by Stripe. We see the amount and whether it went through; your card number never reaches our servers.
- Basic usage data: our site uses the Meta Pixel to measure how many visitors arrive from our Instagram and Facebook ads.
How we use it
Only to run the service: to take and track your order, charge you for it, refund you if you cancel, and tell you when your rackets are ready. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising beyond the ad measurement above.
Who else sees it
- Amazon Web Services, which hosts the site and stores your account and orders.
- Stripe, which processes payments.
- Twilio, which sends text messages, if you have given us a mobile number.
- Google, Apple or Facebook, only if you choose to sign in with them.
- Meta, through the Meta Pixel on our site.
How long we keep it
For as long as you have an account. Payment records may be kept longer where the law requires us to keep them for tax or accounting.
Your choices
You can change your name and mobile number on your account page at any time. To have your account and data deleted, follow the steps on our data deletion page.
