Terms of service

These terms cover your use of dillplays.com and the racket stringing service DillPlays provides. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to them.

Your account

Give us accurate contact details and keep your sign-in to yourself. You are responsible for orders placed from your account. We may close an account that is used to misuse the service.

Orders and prices

The price shown when you book is the price you pay for that order: our labor charge plus the string you choose. If we change our prices later, orders you have already placed keep the price they were booked at.

Payment

Payment is taken online by card through Stripe. We never see or store your card number.

Turnaround

We aim to have rackets ready within 48 hours of drop-off. That is a target, not a guarantee; we will let you know if an order will take longer.

Cancellations and refunds

To cancel, contact us before your rackets are marked ready. A cancelled order is refunded in full to the card you paid with. Once your rackets are strung and marked ready, the order can no longer be cancelled.

Your rackets

Please remove anything you want to keep from your racket bag before drop-off. If we spot a crack or other damage when your racket arrives, we will contact you before stringing it. Stringing puts a frame under tension, and a frame that is already cracked or weakened can fail during stringing; we are not responsible for damage caused by a frame's existing condition.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and orders already placed follow the terms in place when you booked them.
